Vanderford Air technician Ivan V. performed a service check on our AC system today. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He found a couple of concerns that he was able to take care of while he was here and gave us some additional suggestions to improve our system which we will consider in the future. We recently had a 5 ton ac unit put in including a drip pan and our house is so much cooler and everything runs smoothly and so much more quiet I noticed the overflow was dripping yesterday. We called this morning and Ivan unclogged the pipe in the attic and below the sink. Vacuumed out the water in the drip pan and cleaned the sink. Ivan did a great job and is very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Thank you so much Ivan.

Vanderbilt’s Air was fantastic! Our AC has not been keeping up with this Texas summer and our electricity bill has continued to climb - most recently $750! They responded to my call immediately and sent out a service tech within the hour, despite their booked schedule. Shawn Lanmon diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly (no upselling, just honest, transparent guidance), and had it fixed the same day. Efficient, professional, and trustworthy—exactly what you want in an HVAC tech. Highly recommend!
