My fancy Nest thermostat kept malfunctioning and finally gave up. I called Vandervord for help.. they sent Jesus. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reinstalled my old thermostat. Nice and cool once again. Good job.

April 2024: Will Tran correctly surmised the problem being the burnt out capacitor. Got me a new one, then checked the compressor pressure. He stayed on task until the A/C delivered nice cool air. Can't be any happier

November 2025: first cold spell, heater failed to stay lit. call Vanderford for help. Rose will very kind: bumping up my appointment by a full day, reckoning that the night is getting in the 30's. Ivan came and spotted the problem in a few minutes (a part is aging) Diagnostics and trip fees are very customer-friendly. Once again a happy customer.

Just had my furnace inspection done by Oscar! Called before he came arrived on time explained everything to me took photos, etc. He found filter in my furnace that was taped shut when house was built. Definitely needed changed. Highly recommend him!

Highly respectful of an elderly lady, & you cd tell this was real, not a facade.
He,Jesus' ,was the most thorough & complete Tech I've ever dealt with. Bar none. He totally impressed me. Took many pics so I could see what my equipment looked like. I have had to request these in times past. Even tho I'd forgotten to even mention & request these...he took no shortage of pics, explaining anything I did not understand.
A pleasant & hard-working young man.,Even tho I was his last appointment of the day.
