I had Vanderford come out to give us a quote on a new dehumidification system today and I cannot say enough good things about Justin, who came out to look at our home and give us a quote. He was professional, on time, and kindly answered every single one of my 100 questions. He made sure he was quoting us for exactly what we needed-nothing more, nothing less. (The honesty was refreshing.) I appreciate that he took the time to really assess what system our home needs are and that he took care to look at the entire situation (including backstory/history of our unit/needs). Thank you!

Well to start with let's understand I normally will not waste my time doing a review. But after calling calling vanderford air at about 9:40 pm and speaking with a really profession lady the answering service then having there tech call me in less than 15 minutes hear what I had to tell him about what I know he had a good idea what the issue was said his gps said he was about and hour away and could head this way he was here in about and hour it was 98 degrees in the house and way hotter than that in the attic the tech had trouble shot the issue and replaced the needed part and had the air back up and running in about 30 minutes he was great to deal with the hole time Jay Hollar was the techs name knows his job and does it well would hope to get the same tech if I ever need one again let me know what kind of bill I was looking at as soon as he got started and kept me informed of what it was looking like can't say enough good about how well he done his job and his costumer service

The technician Shawn showed up and completed his work in the time window provided. He gave a complete detail of everything he did. Very professional and i would highly recommend.

My condensor from 2008 just went out and i called the best in the Dickinson area.. every step of this process provided very clear and concise estimates and instruction on repairs. Estimates provided were fair marketshare value and the installation team was very professional and efficient! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! 10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

Install went well. No real issues. Only complaint is I wish they would have covered our floors better. Time will tell on how well the new units work.

Needed a new system and Vanderford Air was the only Company to offer me a 15.2 seer unit for the same price as the others who gave me a quote for a 14 seer. Plus they gave me an instant rebate. Les came out and looked at my old system, told me what he could do, and sent me a quote. We agreed, set up an appt, and they came today! They arrived on time, installed everything, and thoroughly explained how this system works. They cleaned up the mess, and my new system was running great! Thanks Vandeford Air!!

Shawn, with Vanderford, did excellent work, explaining everything fully and clearly. When the ordered parts are installed we will finally have a fully, and properly, working system. No one else will ever touch that system again.

Trying to recover cost by charging fees for warranty work. Will not use them again. Loyal customer for several years.
